Today we were 4 strong for a pre-thanksgiving workout.
Warmup- Slow butt kickers w/ Salsarita arms, tin soldiers, cherry pickers, arm circles
We ran to the gun lot to start our pyramid workout.
10 push-ups, 20 tricep dips, 30 arm ups, 40 plank shoulder taps, 60 sec plank – then back down
Run to another corner of the lot
10 calf raises, 20 lunges each leg, 30 side lunges, 40 squats, 60 sec plank – then back down
Run to opposite corner of the lot
10 Raggedy Ann’s, 20 bicycles, 30 LBC’s, 40 Russian twists, 60 sec plank – then back down
Run back to park
Cool down abs – dead cockroaches, heal taps, boat/Canoes (lots of eye rolls and groans on this one!), then leg alphabet.
It was so good to have Babycakes back with us this morning! We were able to share our anxieties and expectations about Thanksgiving this morning. It is always great to be able to laugh about our individual situations and it is a relief to know we are not alone!
