Be ready to make use of that nice, big baseball field with a classic FiA four corners workout. There will be legs, arms, and a little abs sprinkled on top. Bring a towel and hand weights if you have them!
Hand weights should probably be 15 pounds or less and only for an extra kick – definitely not required to participate, and I’ll have extras. We will meet in the big parking lot near the Wacky World playground – the really big wooden playground.
