Stop at fountains

Step Circuit: 30 seconds of squat jump, step up with alternating knees, lateral lunges, reverse lunges on left leg, reverse lunges on right leg, elevated lunges on left leg, elevated lunges on right leg

Run around 1/4 of parking lot alternating butt kickers, side shuffles, sprinting, skipping, and grapevining

Step Circuit: 30 seconds of squat jump, step up with alternating knees, lateral lunges, reverse lunges on left leg, reverse lunges on right leg, elevated lunges on left leg, elevated lunges on right leg

Run around 1/4 of parking lot alternating butt kickers, side shuffles, sprinting, skipping, and grapevining

Barre arm circuit (3 times): 30 seconds of high bicep curls, shoulder pulses, chest presses, t hammer curls, tricep dips, front rows

Run around 1/4 of parking lot alternating butt kickers, side shuffles, sprinting, skipping, and grapevining

Tabata circuit:  20 seconds of mountain climbers, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds squats, 10 seconds rest (repeat set 8 times)

Run back to Moe’s lot.
