Glad it wasn’t quite so humid this morning because this workout was TOUGH! We were thankful for the breezes that blew through to keep us a little cool.

Warm Up (10 IC):
windmills
cotton pickers
side-to-side reaches
slow side lunges
storm troopers
arm circles (forward and back)

The Thang:
100 jumping jacks
90 high knee lifts (a.k.a. skull crushers)
80 calf raises
70 plie squats
60 elevated crunches
50 static lunges (25 each leg)
40 skaters
30 squat jumps
20 push ups
10 burpees (no push ups)
10 diamond push ups
20 plank jacks
30 squat jacks (in-and-out squat jumps)
40 donkey kicks (20 each leg)
50 side lunges
60 bridge marches
70 sec. plank
80 small arm circles (40 each side)
90 butt kickers (singles)
100 seal jacks

Core Circuit:
20 bicycle crunches (doubles)
10 ladylike crunches (each leg IC)
