Warm-up: 3-5min of various exercises
The Thang: Pole to Pole We have a 1/2mi paved loop around a pond that has 8 light poles spaced around it. At each light pole do:
1st Lap: 5 Squats
2nd Lap: 5 Jumping Jacks
3rd Lap: 5 Small Arm Circles Forward Balance on One Leg& 5 Backward on Other
4th Lap: 5 Imperial Walkers
Cool Down: Few minutes of various stretches.
