The weather was beautiful this morning!! Found these cards on Pinterest and decided to give em a go and we loved em! Gave us some new exercises to revisit!
Warm-Up: Head Roll Shoulder Roll

Toy Soldiers Through the Tunnel
The Thang: Completed each workout card and felt like a badass at the end!
Cool Down: 10 minutes of various stretches b/c we needed it!
