Playground Amrap

Warm Up

10 through the tunnels in cadence

10 imperial walkers in cadence

10 arm circles both ways

 

AMRAP workout- 5 mins of exercise 1 min rest between sets

Round 1- 10 lunges 10 shoulder taps 25 Russian Twists

Round 2- 10 jump squats 10 tricep dips 25 high knees

Round 3- 10 step us 10 push ups 25 flutter kicks

Round 4- 10 sumo squats 10 inch worms 25 jumping jacks

Repeat until time is up. We got through all the rounds once and ended on the second round 3
