Between crazy work schedules, traveling for ball games, and a stronger than usual desire to sleep instead of exercising, I’ve been inconsistent with my workout routines. Fortunately, this PAX of ladies are amazing and showed up to encourage and accommodate me on my reaccalamation process! I recycled a routine I used over at The Bridge.
Every exercise was 30 seconds/ the rest was 20 secs
V-plank with toe touches
Plank with alternating leg lifts
Up-down Plank (these were the Devil!)
Alternating Bird Dog
Plank with Diagonal Kicks (crossing leg over other )
Plank with hip dips (another tough one for me)
Little Baby Crunches
knee to elebow
180 Squat Jumps
globe Squat Jumps
Rinse and repeat for 3 full cycles.
We did name-a-roma, Devo, and closed in prayer.
