Plank-o-ween Backblast

I promised no candy or pumpkins. I promised cold weather, sweat and the burning of sure to be eaten candy calories. What I failed to mention was the planking that would take place. I think I was more upset about it than anyone. You all are were great sports!

WARM UP:

10 Gomers

20 Toy Soldiers

30 Jumping Jacks

40 High Knees

THE THANG:

Pax held a plank while one member ran to the end of the pad to pick a “treat” out of the bucket. See list of treats below.

10 Burpees x3

20 Crunches x3

30 Squats x3

1 minute full plank

1 minute elbow plank

30 second side plank (right)

30 second side plank (left)

30 second full plank

30 second elbow plank

30 second elbow plank with leg up (right)

30 second elbow plank with leg up (left)

20 leg pull ins

20 lying leg raises x2

20 mountain climbers x3

15 side plank hip dips (right)

15 side plank hip dips (left)

15 inchworms

15 dive bombs x2

20 supermans x3

20 jump squats x2

 

We cooled down by walking one lap.
