Twist Inhales and exhales

Rock side to side stretch

Legs out and scoop stretch

Legs out and reverse scoop stretch


Ear to shoulder

The Thang

All for 1 minute


Single leg stretch

Scissor stretch

Leg lowers

Roll ups

Plank Series – 1 minute each

High plank with alternating leg lifts

High plank knee tucks

High plank steps outs

C series – 1 minute

C center crunch

C twist crunch

C knee drivers

Side series – 10 each

Two way kicks

Bicycle Front

Bicycle Reverse

Mix a small bowl front

Mix a small bowl reverse

Stir the pot front

Stir the pot reverse

Double taps front and back

Repeat on other side

Superman Series – 1 minute each

Superman lifts

Superman twists

Swimming superman

Cool down
