The Thang:

Four Stations set up along the right hand side of the small loop. Run from station to station doing the four exercises listed. Then you can choose to take the stairs back to station 1 or go the long way around for a bit more running. We made it through just shy of 3 rounds:

5 Low Country Crab Boil (L/R = 1)
10 Power Planks
15 Lunge Pulse (15 each side)
20 Spiderman

5 Inchworms
10 V Ups
15 In/Out Squats
20 Tricep Dips

5 Star Jumps
10 Plank Up/Downs
15 Rosalitas
20 Lunge w/ Kick (10 each side)

5 Burpees
10 Brooke Burkes (L/R = 1)
15 Jump Squats
20 Butterfly Situps
