13 FIAs came to train for the zombie apocalypse. Today’s workout came straight from my Fitbit®.
The Warm up
We started out with Fitbit® Fitstar’s “Warm it Up.”
Cat and Cows
Reverse Shoulder Rolls
Alternating Knee Raises
Open Hip Squats
Lunging Calf Stretches
We rotated between running “the 😈 hill” and Fitbit® Fitstar’s 7min workout. Our goal was 2 sets. 30sec each exercise.
Jumping Jacks or mountain Climbers
Wall Squat and Hold
Body Weight Squats
Bench Dips/Tricep Push Ups
Side Plank Push Ups
Side Planks (each side)
We finished up with Fitbit® Fitstar’s Abs.
Straight Leg Lifts
