6 PAX joined me on a Friday morning for a smoking hot workout! It was warm outside and our quads and shoulders were really burning by the end of the workout. Here’s what went down:
Warm up: cotton pickers/jumping jacks/butt kickers/toe taps/overhead seal claps – 10 in cadence
The Thang: 3rounds (3 min – 2min-1min rounds) 6 stations. Each person completed AMRAP at each station. 3 rounds with descending times for each round
Abs – 1min each
