Warm Up:

  • Slow Squats
  • Slow Butt Kickers
  • Leg Lifts to the Side
  • Arm Circles


Work Out =

4 LAPS = 1 Mile = 15 Mins (or however many laps you can do)

Run Lap w/ weight of choice                    (Start Slow end faster)

Trade Weight, try to add *Two 12 pounders was the max, thanks to Coop! 🙂 

Run next lap the other direction


Jump rope until everyone is done.


30 Lunges – each side or alternating

Pass the Weight Planks

Plank while passing to the next person

Don’t stop til you get your weight back or at least 10.

Then go other direction.
