Partner Work!

11 PAX met up on a cold Saturday morning to try and end 2017 right. We started with warm-ups at #TheLaunchPad.

10 Cherry Pickers IC
10 Windmills IC
25 Jumping Jacks

Then we got our jog on and ran the 1/4 mile to Rassie Wicker park. We partnered up and got busy. Music was the best 90s pop mix – starting with some Kid Rock, and including Britney, Eminem, and Aerosmith. But really, Kid Rock is the best.

Partner 1 did reps of exercise 1 and Partner 2 ran around the tennis courts carrying a large rock of their choice. Then they switched. After both had run and done reps, they moved to exercise 2. Exercises were:

1. Full sit ups
2. Mountain climbers
3. Squats
4. Flutter Kicks
5. Jumping Jacks
6. Hold Plank
7. Lunges
8. Leg Lifts
9. Push ups
10. Burpees
11. Bicycle crunches
12. Shoulder tap plank
13. Squat jumps

One team finished early and then just picked their own exercises until the rest of us were done. We put our rocks back and hoofed back over to our start.
