Dry Shampoo Won’t Cut It!

8 PAX gathered at Pitchfork this morning and got to work.  It’s always nice when there’s an even number for a partner workout:). The post photo gives a good rundown of what we accomplished, and it’s super helpful in actually getting the BB written (which I’ve neglected the last 2 Qs-oops)!

WU-jump ropes, side to side lunges, Michael Phelps, arm circles

TT–See photo…add in a lap around parking lot after each round as well as Mtn Climbers are double count.  All other exercises=single count.

Once all PAX finished all 4 rounds and laps, we did each of the 8 exercises one more time Tabata style.  20 seconds on/10 seconds rest then move on to next exercise.

Circle up and do a plank set all on elbows/not high plank:

30 seconds regular

30 seconds side to side hip dip touches in plank

30 seconds right side hold

30 seconds left side hold

30 seconds regular

BOGO husband moving offices over weekend…pray for it to go smoothly and still have family fun over holiday weekend

5.0-continued healing

**God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble.  Ps 46:1–may we all know/feel that He has gone before us and is with us, providing strength and comfort to us throughout our day and weekend in both small and big stressors.**
