Our first EMOM

This workout was KILLER! Can’t wait to do it again with different exercises.
Warmup:
15 T Jacks IC
10 arm circles IC with cherry pickers
10 toy soldiers IC
10 TTT IC

EMOM: Each Minute On the Minute (complete the exercise in an under a minute-get the remaining time as rest)
30 minutes
Minute 1: 15 Thrusters
Minute 2: 12 Weight swings
Minute 3: 15 Sumo deadlift high pulls
Minute 4: 14 Renegade rows
Minute 5: 20 Alternating lunges (weights on shoulders)
Minute 6: 12 1.5 weighted squats
Repeat 5 times

30 seconds right side plank
30 seconds left side plank
30 seconds hip lifts
1 minute elbow plank
30 seconds JLos
30 seconds right side plank w/ reach thru
30 seconds left side plank w/ reach thru
1 minute elbow plank
