Oops! I Did It Again

Warm up: jumping jacks, squats, burpees, high knees, butt kicks, arm circles

Sexy Arm Workout (with weights)

(each exercise for 1 min)

Set 1- Shoulders

Front raises

Side raises

Shoulder press

Side raises

Front raises

 

100 mountain climbers

 

Set 2- Biceps–

Hammer curl

Curl w/ front extension

Curl w/ side extension

Curl w/ front extension

Hammer curl

 

20 step ups

 

Set 3- Triceps–

Close hand push ups

Kick back

Overhead extension

Kick back

Close hand push ups

 

10 burpees

 

Finale

Curl press

Dumbell punches (both arms)

Arm circles forward

Arm circles backwards

 

20 squats

 

Partner Abs (only had time to go through one time)

X 10- Sit up pass partner weight

X 15- Russian twist pass partner weight

X 10- Push up high fives

X 15- Leg toss

X 10- Plan high fives
