The one where the wind was stupid

I was so excited when I saw the temp this morning… 45!!!!! Yeah, no, that wind brought me down a notch. HARD. Thank you, you awesome b*tches, for sticking with it, and me, for my first workout back from a break!

Warmed up with some marching in place, some jumping jacks, and some arm circles.

The Thang:

Repeat x2 (we were shooting for 3, alas…)

Squats – 25
Single Leg Deadlifts – 10/leg
Single Leg Kickback – 10/leg
Plie Squat – 25
Plank until everyone is done
High Knees – 1 minute
Calf Raises – 25
Side Lunges – 15/leg
Split Squats – 15/leg
Walking Lunges – 15/leg
Plank until everyone is done
Butt Kickers – 1 minute

Then we did some amended abs. You’ll see on the graphic below this is supposed to be a ladder exercise, but we ran out of time and did 30 seconds of each, twice. Even with that, I’m feeling it now.

Then, Footloose ran off and left us!!! *tear* So we did a quick words of wisdom, which were quickly edited to contain a sentence enhancer: This is the year. I will be stronger, braver, kinder, and unstoppable. This year, I will be [a] fierce [b*tch]!
