15 Cherry Pickers (IC)

10  Forward Arm Circles (IC)

10 Backward Arm Circles (IC)

Side Arm Stretches- Hold for 10 Count each Side

Tri-cep Stretch

Squat Hold (3 Count) 10 times


Olympic Countdown Workout (Count down from 10-1 of each exercise)

10 Toy Soldiers

10 Squat Jumps

10 Supines

10 Jump Ropes


Olympic Relay Games

Divide Group Into Two Teams-Behind Two Blue Lines


Moguls- Jumping Back and Forth Sideways down line while teammates are doing squats until everyone has gone down and back

Curling-Lunge down and back while teammates are doing windmills

Pairs Skating-Hold a ten pound weight and do lifts over your head down and back while teammates are doing jumping jacks

Hockey- Take a broom and sweep a paper ball down and back while teammates are doing a plank hold

Speed Skating-Do skaters down and back while teammates are doing flutter kicks


Flat Abs

30 Mountain Climbers

40 Bicycle Crunches

20 Toe Lift Touches

20 V Ups

40 Butt Bridges

30 Leg Lifts

2 minute plank


We had a fun time competing against each other and a couple of us almost face planted doing the skaters.  The toe touches were especially challenging during the ab workout.

The devotional about Wilma Rudolph was especially inspiring.  Led us all to realize that we all may have many obstacles that we have to overcome, but Phil. 3:14 reminds us to keep our eyes on the prize.
