Since it’s pyramid style you go up one side and down the other. Go up one side of the tree and back down the other.
Start with 50 Crazy Toy Climbers (cross climbers) 1/1 counts
40 Santa’s Sack Squats (weighted Squats)
30 Tree Digs (Dips) 1/1
20 Jolly Jumps (lunge jumps) 1/1
10 “Yay, I got what I wanted” (burpees)
Between rounds-Make a toy run or take a sleigh ride
