It was quite a bit chillier at Stampede this morning than it has been the past few days. It was a shock to the system after the prettier weather, but we managed to warm up pretty quickly.
Quick warm up on the way up the stairs to top level of the parking deck and then some JJs while we explained 11s and 4 corners.
Reverse plank leg lifts (raise each leg to equal one rep)
2. First round of 4 corners:
20 squats at each corner, up and down the stairs wherever we encountered them. 20 squats at the bottom of the stairs before we came back up.
3. 7 minutes in ab heaven
Russian twist (1 min)
Lying leg lifts (30 sec)
Plank jack (30 sec)
Brooke Burkes (30 sec)
Inchworm (1 min)
Side plank (30 sec each side)
Down dog crunch (1 min)
Total body crunch (30 sec)
4. Second round of 11s
5. Second round of 4 corners
20 reverse lunges at each corner, stairs every time we found some
