No Sun but plenty of Guns n Buns

My one true motivation for getting out of bed this morning and limping to The Grind was all about the coffee that would follow. It’s my weakness. To be honest though, I would have probably still showed up just because I love these ladies so much. We had one Q who couldn’t make this morning and several pax who are still dealing with illnesses. Many prayers for health and recovery! I’ve always heard don’t do what you can’t Q so after PT yesterday any running and leg work was out of the question.  Enter in Guns n Buns baby! Below is what Buttercup and I brought this morning to tone that twosome.


Warm up 

10 IC arm circle (front & back)

10 IC seal clap

10 IC maracas

10 IC Richard Simmons

10 IC high knees

10 IC butt kickers

10 IC toy soldiers

Gun Show

20 bicep curls

20 tricep extensions

20 overhead presses

20 tricep kickbacks

20 up rows


Buns by Buttercup

10 each leg Donkey kicks

20 Glute bridges

10 each leg clam shells

10 each side hind leg crossovers

20 deadlifts


Of course we had to throw some abs in there for good luck

50 crunches

40 flutters

30 knee to elbow

20 reverse crunches

10 dead bugs
