No Running Cardio!

It was cold, but we warmed up quick! Thanks to the girls who came out on Friday morning:-)

We jogged over to the park and got started right away with one minute intervals of each of the following exercises (no rest except for the time it took to reset my timer):

  • March with Arm Circles
  • Jumping Jacks
  • High Knees
  • Long Jump and Shuffle Back
  • Butt Kicker Run in Place
  • Burpees
  • Cross-Jacks
  • Lunge, Hop
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Side Skaters

Next, we did some Ab work on our mats:

  • 10 Right Side V-Crunches
  • 20 Spiderman Planks
  • 10 Left Side V-Crunches
  • 20 Dolphin Planks on Elbows
  • 10 Leg Lifts
  • 20 Windshield Wipers
  • 10 Reverse Crunches
  • 20 Scissors (In Cadence)

Then, repeat the one-minute interval cardio set
