Warm-Up:

Cherry Pickers X10 IC

Arm Circles Front and Back

The thang:

Nine Rounds of Circuit Training alternating between 2 exercises/round at 20 reps, then 15 reps, and 10 reps. I had exercises set up at 4 corners of the parking lot with Round 9 in the middle. In between each round, pax would sprint or lunge to the middle and then sprint to the next round.

Round 1: Tricep Kick Backs and Bicep Curls, sprint to middle

Round 2: Squat Jumps and Fire Hydrants, lunge to middle

Round 3: Supermans and V sit-ups

Round 4: Butt lift and Mountain Climbers

Round 5:Shoulder press and Lateral Raise

Round 6: Tuck Jumps and Calf Raises

Round 7: Plank Jacks and Russian Twists

Round 8: Tricep dips and High Knees

Round 9: Push-ups and Big Girl Sit-Ups
