Four PAX got better together early this morning at 5AM. The rain stopped and it wasn’t nearly as cold as everyone thought it would be. Everyone brought light weights for weighted tabatas.

Warm Up

9 Tabatas (20/10×8) alternating two exercises using weights.

  1. Weighted squats & weighted skaters
  2. Seated crossover punch & double crunch press
  3. Overhead press & weighted burpees
  4. Chest press & fly
  5. Bicep curls & tricep kickbacks
  6. Weighted lunge w/ twist & Punches
  7. Weighted donkey kick/hydrant combo & plank rows
  8. Woodchop & goblet squats
  9. Skull crusher & weighted glute bridge

Finished with COT and a lovely prayer by Marauder.
