Monday is never an easy day, but meeting up at The Farm with these amazing, strong ladies makes the week so much better. Thanks Regroup for helping me Q today!! Here’s how it went down! I tried out another fun exercise app, called Wahoo 7 to help keep us on track.
We did the 12 exercises, 30 seconds, 10 sec rest…2 rounds (next time could have done 3 rounds…time is always a tough one)
down dog jacks
PAX choice abs – 1 PAX runs to the tree and back while other PAX does AMRAP of an ab exercise
