Music Really Does Make Workouts Better!

5 FiAs met for an awesome full body workout under the FUMC awning! We were lucky and the rain stayed away through the whole workout! This was a recycled workout from February by Fiber. We learned that music really does make time go by faster.

Warm-up:

Cherry Pickers x10 IC

JJ x10 IC

Toy Soldier x10 IC

The Thang:

Round 1 – Burpees x1 min, 20 sec rest; Peter Parkers x1 min, 20 sec rest

Repeat!

Sprint (down to the garden entrance and back)

Round 2 – Pulse squats x1 min, 20 sec rest; Mountain Climbers x1 min, 20 sec rest

Repeat!

Sprint (down to the garden entrance and back)

Round 3 – Flutter kicks x1 min, 20 sec rest; Wonder bras x1 min, 20 sec rest

Repeat!

Sprint (down to the garden entrance and back)

Round 4 – Jump squats x1 min, 20 sec rest; Skater lunges x1 min, 20 sec rest

Repeat!
Sprint (down to the garden entrance and back)

Round 5 – Merkins x1 min, 20 sec rest; Bicycle crunches x1 min, 20 sec rest

Repeat!
Sprint (down to the garden entrance and back)

 

We had a few minutes remaining so we did a booty workout:

1 minute fire hydrants

1 minute donkey kicks

1 minute leg pulses
