Motivation Monday

This morning we broke down the basics and worked on our ABC’s. We began with a warm up of windmills, high knees, butt kickers and arm circles.

After explaining the running route we began our ABC’s!

A: Run around the pie slice (start at picnic tables and turn at the rock pile= .25 mile)

B: 5 burpees

C: 20 crunches

D:10 Dirty Girls

E: Run around the pie slice

F: 10 Fire hydrants (each leg)

G: 10 Gorilla Hops

H: 20 high knees

I: Run around the pie slice

J: 20 jumping jacks

K: 20 kneeling push ups

L: 10 lunges (each leg)

M: 10 mountain climbers

N: 1 minute of nothing

O: Run the pie slice

P: 1 minute plank

Q: Q’s choice (weighted bicep curls )

R: 20 Russian twist

S: 20 squats

T: 20 tricep dips or. extensions

U: Run the pie slice

V: 5 V ups

W: 1 minute wall sit

X: 10 crisscross jumping jacks

Y: Run the pie slice

Z: zzzzz…. stretch

 

We then closed out with some motivational quotes, thoughts, prayers and set off to tackle the day!
