Woo hoo! FiA Carpex now has an evening AO!! A huge thank you to the ladies that came out on a humid evening for the launch of our evening AO! The park was crawling with people, so I grabbed the small shelter near the playground for our workout.
Warm Up –
The Thang –
For our first cardio/yoga workout I decided to go with a Tabata routine followed by some yoga.
Tabata – 40 seconds of exercise, 20 seconds of rest, 8 reps and 3 cycles
Then we moved to our mats for a little yoga and ab work.

There are times when you are ready to postpone an event because of some extenuating circumstance, but then someone steps in to push you back on track. Thank you PanAm and Mary Lou for pushing me back on track and going forward with our evening AO. Micheal Jordan said, “I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.” I truly appreciate the ladies that came out last night to support our new AO and the two FiA sisters that wouldn’t let me postpone it. Have an awesome week!!
