Line up at one end of the parking lot. 12 push ups. run backwards to the other side to do 2 squats, then run backwards for 10 push ups to complete 12-10-8-6-4-2 of pushups and 2-4-6-8-10-12 of squats and lots of running backwards.
The same pattern was then followed starting with 2 little baby crunches then lunging to the other side of the parking lot for 12 jumping squats. This was a real kicker.
Finally a 25-15-5 round for both tricep dips and inverted pushups on the curb.
A good stretch session and then breakfast. Motto of the day: you can do more than you think.
