Arm circle of pain – circles forward and back, raise the roof, cherry pickers and drop them off
Inchworm for 6
Foot fire shuffle
Calf raises and heel walk leading into a lap around
Workout: 16 exercise for 40 seconds with 10 seconds rest. the repeat
Step up or box jump
Squats – standard, second time sumo
Alternating lunges – either forward or back
Power Punch – get in a static squat and punch out
Upper cut – get in a static squat
Flutter kick – place hands under hips
Sprinter sit up
Stretch then a short prayer to start the week.
