It was a typical Monday Morning and I totally flaked on “Q-ing” this morning. So sorry girls!!! I pulled out a workout from my trusty notebook of pain. 🙂
I chose the Treacherous Triangle since I knew the timing usually works out to 45 Minutes. Although we rocked through it in 35 minutes!! Proud of you girls! Awesome!
Repeat each exercise all the way through 16 times, then 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
