A small but strong group joined me for some circuits this morning. We started with my very standard (read: I need to mix it up) warmup of Jacks, Butt Kickers, Storm Troopers, Triple Ts, Arm Circles & a Small Loop Lap.
Then we moved onto the main thing: Various circuits with a return to the Cardio circuit in between each one. We made it through everything with the exception of the final Cardio circuit. Great work ladies!!
