Minutes of Madness Backblast

Four of us braved the post tropical storm weather for a Minutes of Madness workout.

We worked for 7 1/2 minutes straight, took a quick water break, then went back at it for another 7 1/2 minutes.

Set One – each exercise was completed for 30 seconds with no break. The set was repeated two more times with no break. (30 sec x 5 exercises) x 3 = 7 1/2 minutes

jumping jacks

bicycles

push up with plank rotation

mountain climbers

sky jumps

 

Set Two – each weighted exercise was completed for 30 seconds with no break. The set was repeated two more times with no break. (30 sec x 5 exercises) x 3 = 7 1/2 minutes

bench press

deadlifts

overhead press with alternating front lunges

bicep curls

tricep kickbacks

 

Set Three – repeated three times

10 sky jumps

20 cross chops (10 each side) – weighted

20 side to side lunges (10 each side) – weighted

30 second plank

 

Set Four – repeated three times – each exercise was completed 20 times

Single leg v-ups with weights

Heel touches

Sit up with weight

Heel touches

 

Stretch
