Squat circle (static push for 1 min)

Minute to win it!
**After each minute workout, sprint approximately 25yds and back to your mat ready for the next minute to start**

1. Decline pushups
2. Jump lunges
3. V-ups
4. Breakdance kick throughs
5. Shoulder taps foot release
6. Medicine ball side to side
7. Squat kicks (front & side)
8. Breakdance toe touches
9. 6-inches
10. Squats
11. Burpees
12. Push-ups w/ release
13. Mountain climbers
14. Calf raises
NO SPRINT FOR THESE (15-17)
AB’s
15. Side hip flexor front & back pulse
16. Plank hip flexor up &pulse
17. Superman rolls

Pick six with sprint (12 yds)
One minute
1. Squats
2. Breakdance kick throughs
3. Calf raises
4. Breakdance toe touches
5. Superman rolls
6. Decline pushups
Ab closer:
Partner leg throws X2 (45 seconds)
