2- Toy Soldiers

3- High Knees

4- Butt kickers

5- Across-the-court toe grabs

6- Across-the-court twisting lunges

Work-Out:

1) 60 sec plié squat

2) 60 sec seal jacks

3) 60 sec. squat with back kick

4) 60 sec. jumping jacks

5) 60 sec. lunges (30 sec. forward/30 sec. back)

6) 60 sec. lateral shuffle

7) 60 sec. “bird dog”

8) 60 sec. high knees/butt kickers

9) 60 sec. donkey kicks

10) 60 sec. ski jumps

11) 60 sec. sumo squats

12) 60 sec. jump rope

13) 60 sec. tricep dips

14) 60 sec. jog

15) 60 sec. push ups

(1 minute rest, repeat)
