Mini-Band Booty Workout

Eight PAX and about a billion kids descended on Sandhurst Park this morning! School’s out for summer!

We broke out the mini-bands for a booty workout.

Warm Up –

  • Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Lunge and Reach

1 minute each – 2 rounds – run field in between rounds

  • Curtsy Lunge Squat
  • Clamshell Right
  • Clamshell Left
  • Superman Scissors
  • 4×4 Monster Walks + Plank Jacks
  • Glute Bridge Pulse with Abduction
  • Narrow to Wide Squat Hops
  • Donkey Kick + Fire Hydrant Right
  • Donkey Kick + Fire Hydrant Left
  • Hamstring Curls (laying down) (30 sec each side)

Abs – 1 minute each

  • Crunches
  • Heel Taps
  • Plank
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Reverse Crunch

Totally forgot to do name-a-rama because we got to talking and wrangling our kids!
