Eight awesome ladies came out to join me this morning for some fun.

Warmup: Jacks, Windmills, High Knees, Cotton Pickers, Arm Circles, Torso Twists, Hip Circles. Run Parking Lot Loop.

We started off with today’s AB & SQUAT challenge split into two rounds: 20 situps, 20 bicycle crunches, 30 squats, 20 situps, 15 bicycle crunches, 30 squats

Then on to the main event: 3 rounds of 8-minute AMRAPS with either 2 minute plank hold or parking lot loop in between each.

Round 1
30 Jacks
20 Butterfly Situps
10 Pushups

2 Minute Plank or Run Parking Lot Loop

Round 2
5 Burpees
10 Jump Squats
20 Shoulder Taps

2 Minute Plank or Run Parking Lot Loop

Round 3
30 Mountain Climbers
20 Plyo Lunges
10 Skull Crushers

*We Ran Out of Time & Skipped the Last Plank/Run*
