dynamic warm-up: toy soldiers, open/close the gate, squatters, swimmers, arm circles, pot stirrers

Muffin top melter: (each exercises done for 60sec…3 sets of each before moving on to the next)

  • high knees
  • bicycle crunches
  • flutter kicks
  • piston squats (30sec each leg)
  • plank  rotating into side plank (30sec each side)
  • swimmers
  • plank pike -reach opposite hand to ankle
  • squat into OH press
  • forward lunge with twist
  • plank shoulder taps
