Manic Monday!!

Ah, Monday… The 1st Monday of October and we celebrated (hmmm) with an AMRAP WO (as many reps as possible) that was all about our favorite day of the week and we commemorated the day with burpees!  Every time we heard the word “Monday” in a song,  it was burpee time – and as a matter of fact, we shall forevermore call burpees “Mondays”.  And by the way,  ALL the songs were about Monday!  The Pax did a super job today!!  Special welcome to Splinter (Kayla) who joined us from Columbia and we hope she will return to our group!  Have a great MONDAY everyone!
