Manic Monday

Warm-Up : 10 Imperial Walkers IC, 10 Through the Tunnel IC, 10 Arm Circles -forward (5 small, 5 large), 10 Arm Circles – backwards (5 small, 5 large)

The Thang :

Run to the rock (at the end of our driveway)

Using hand weights — 15 Tokyo Joes, 15 push-ups, 15 plank rows

30 seconds each :  toe taps on curb, butt kickers, high knees

Repeat hand weight exercises above, doing 10 reps

Repeat the 30 seconds of the 3 cardio exercises

Repeat hand weight exercises above, doing 5 reps

Repeat the 30 seconds of the 3 cardio exercises

Run to the rock

1 minute spider man, 15 squat jumps, 5 burpees, 1 minute plank, 15 jump squats, 5 burps, 1 minute hip-dips,  15 squat jumps, 5 burpees

Ring of Fire abs edition : each FIA calls out a different ab exercise to do to finish up
