It was cooler this morning but super foogy. I wasn’t sure about our numbers this morning with daylight savings but we had a great turnout!

repeat exercise 2 x (1min each exercise with a 10 second rest) 30 second rest between sets. Added arms and pulses to leg moves to increase intensity.
