Lunge, Rinse, Repeat Backblast

A great morning with some great ladies!

The Thang:
Warmup lap/Stretch

Do Part 1, then first exercise of Part 2, repeat Part 1, and move to next exercise in Part 2. Change Part 1 exercise after completion of set. (This sounds more complicated than it was.)

PART 1
SET A: Walking lunges up and back
SET B: Up and down stairs
SET C: In and out Squats

PART 2
15 reps each set
Overhead press
Upright rows
Reverse flies
Chest press with bridge
Tricep overheads
Bicep curls

Abs – 2 sets
10 plank jacks
10 plank hops
10 renegade rows
10 plank with leg lift, left
10 plank with leg lift, right
30 second elbow plank

Stretch
