Let me just throw in a Mini Q School in my Workout…

  • Pax: Salt, Pepper, Beehive, Queen Bee, Rookie, Missy, Jazzy, Pele, Magic

Thank you so much ladies for joining me this morning!  #10strong, amazing turn out on such a windy Saturday morning!

My goal for this workout was to show you different ways to do the exact same exercises, counting, not counting, etc.

Here is what went down:
Warm Up: Tin Soldiers, Butt Kickers, Cherry Pickers, Arm Circles

Round 1: In cadence (for more)
20 Monkey Humpers
20 Arm Raises
20 Hip Bridges
20 Leg Lifts

Run the length of the parking lot, yo-yo’ing back until everyone was back

Round 2: In cadence (to slow things down)
20 Monkey Humpers
20 Arm Raises
20 Hip Bridges
20 Leg Lifts

Run the length of the parking lot, yo-yo’ing back until everyone was back

Round 3: no counting, with a partner
Partner 1: Monkey Humpers, Partner 2: Run 1/2 way down the parking lot–switch off upon return
Partner 1: Arm Raises, Partner 2: Run 1/2 way down the parking lot–switch off upon return
Partner 1: Hip Bridges, Partner 2: Run 1/2 way down the parking lot–switch off upon return
Partner 1: Leg Lifts, Partner 2: Run 1/2 way down the parking lot–switch off upon return

Finished off with a 1 minute plank and some stretches!
