We set up stations around the gazebo, splitting up our mats on each side of the semi-circle, then met up at the fountain for our warm up.

-Walking Toe Touches and Knee Hugs
Stations: 1:00 Min each exercise. Repeat until time is up.
(We got through 2 full rounds and ended with a “bonus” round of PAX choice of exercise to repeat)

We finished with a good stretch as I have been inspired by yoga this week to just suck it up and take the time to stretch. Taking care of my body is always worth it!
