Ladder to Holiday Pain

  • When: 12/22/2017

  • Pax: Locavore, Pan Am, Pep Rally, Scooter, Slinky

Simple format for the Friday before Christmas.

  • Single leg burpees (L/R)
  • Side pop lunges (L/R)
  • Mountain climber getups
  • Pushup jacks
  • High knees

15 second rest between exercises.

Start at 10 seconds per exercise, and increase by 10 seconds per round up to 60 seconds.

It took exactly 45 minutes and by the end it was B R U T A L.

My shoulders were sore for four days.
