Warm up: 20 Cherry Pickers in cadence; 40 arm circles (20 each direction); 20 calf raises; run around the church; planking until all PAX returned

Timed workout (using the APP Seconds) to 90’s playlist (that was repeating!! I need to figure this out);  :10 between exercises

:60 Lunges (:30 each side)

:30 Tricep Dips

:60 Sumo Squats

:30 Push Ups

:60 Jump Squats

:30 Arm Raises

:60 Mountain Climbers

:60 Side Plank (:30 each side)

:60 High Knees

:60 Plank

:30 REST

REPEAT x 1

ABS: 30 Russian Twists, 30 LBC’s, 30 Bicycles

REPEAT x 1

Nice little stretch.

Sidewalk Chalk led us in the closing prayer.
