It was a great feeling Monday morning and Tech and I rocked it out! Started with a big parking lot run (including middle school lot), side lunges to stretch our legs, storm troopers, and full arm stretches.
This was a pyramid workout. What goes up, must go down.
Rd 1 – 20 squats, 30 walking lunges with a twist, 40 single leg bridges, 50 alternating donkey kicks, 100 jumping jacks. Then went back down
Rd 2 – 20 push ups, 30 homer/marges, 40 crunches, 50 sec plank, 100 mountain climbers. Then went back down
Finished with a parking lot loop run
