10 PAX at Foxtrot today! We started our Saturday under cooler, overcast skies, with stretching, high knees, and an Indian Run. As we each sprinted forward, we said 1 thing we were thankful for. We all have so much to be thankful for.
Thunderstruck led us through 4 circuits. We did 20 reps of each exercise, followed by 77 jumping jacks. That is right, 77!
1. Donkey Kicks, Push-Ups, Reverse Crunches, 77 JJs
2. Arm Extensions, Fire Hydrants, Standing Crunches, 77 JJs
3. Bulgarian Split Lunges, Tricep Dips, Standing Side Crunches, 77 JJs
4. Glute Bridges, Russian Twists, Bicep Curls, 77 JJs
We all planked and went around the circle telling our dream job. Most of us don’t care what the job is, as long as it is at the beach.
Then we did a Booty Burn Pilates circuit. We went through, doing 20 of each, for each side.

We finished up with a 2:00 plank and stretching. Our legs and booties will be feeling it tomorrow for sure!
